- Colorado Baby offers flat rate economy shipping at just $2.95 and Priority shipping options (cost is based on order total).
- Flat rate shipping is offered within the contiguous United States and to military families with an APO or FPO.
- We do ship to US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii, however if shipping is abnormally higher than it would be for us to ship within the contiguous US then we will contact you first about any additional charges that would be incurred.
- All orders are shipped via US Mail, United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
- We ship all packages with delivery confirmation or a tracking number.
- We email your tracking number to the email address you registered with on our site. You will receive a tracking number by email once the mail carrier has scanned the package barcode.
- Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.
- Orders over $500 may be shipped with signature required upon receipt.
If you place multiple orders within a short period of time, we will combine shipments in to one package to save on shipping. We do not guarantee that we will combine shipping costs. If you need all the shipments to be shipped separate but to the same address, we will invoice you for the additional shipping costs that we incur before shipping your packages.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.) When purchasing during our online events, it can take 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Please note that it can take anywhere from 2-14 business days from shipping date for your order to arrive.
Refused Packages or Insufficient Address
Items that are refused, “returned to sender” or lack sufficient (or correct) address information (unless our error), will be processed like a return, including any restocking fees. We will also deduct all applicable shipping costs for the original delivery and the return.
Received Incorrect Items or Items are Missing
We strive to make sure we ship your package correctly with no errors, however we do make mistakes in some situations. If you have received the wrong item or are missing any items from your purchase, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to email us so we can correct our error.
As stewards of the environment and to offer great prices and promotions, we often use “recycled” shipping products. We also ship most orders in biodegradable polymailers which are made by a Colorado company, EcoEnclose!
