Inventory Specialist

Inventory Specialist Job Responsibilities:


Generate precise purchase orders based on paid invoices, ensuring accuracy down to the penny for incoming products.

Obtain product descriptions and images from vendors, leveraging strong relationships to ensure quality content for our products.

Maintain precise cost and pricing information for our products to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

Enhance the presentation of our products on the website to maximize their appeal and drive sales.

Organize products within the online store to improve visibility and streamline navigation for customers.

Fulfill online orders with 100% accuracy, including picking, packing, and shipping.

Optimize shipping methods to minimize costs while ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Demonstrate proficiency in quickly learning and adapting to new programs and applications on both iPad and Apple computers.

Display an interest in reading as a means of personal growth and development.



Attend and participate in team meetings as directed and maintain the required level of knowledge pertaining to product information, operating procedures, processes and policies.

Contribute to projects as directed by participating and completing assigned tasks.

Complete or assist with any required assignments as directed or needed.


Job Qualifications:


Proficiency in repetitive data entry tasks

Exceptional attention to detail

Proficient typing skills and clear penmanship

Basic understanding of Apple computers, printer, and iPad usage

Comfort with fundamental math principles

Skilled in cost-effective shipping methods to optimize order fulfillment

Genuine interest in Colorado Baby's products and services

True commitment to succeeding in the position

Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for personal growth and development

Ability to lift up to 40lbs
