Job Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist customers throughout the store with a cheerful, knowledgeable, and understanding demeanor

Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge

Ability to move back and forth between tasks with efficiency and accuracy

Have proficient typing skills and penmanship

Understand the basics of using a computer, printer and iPad

Ability to quickly learn new programs/apps on an iPad and Apple computer

Basic cleaning skills to maintain the ambiance of the store

Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking product

Have an interest in reading to further personal growth and development

Enjoy spending time with our customers

OTHER DUTIES

Attend and participate in team meetings as directed and maintain the required level of knowledge pertaining to product information, operating procedures, processes and policies

Participate in projects as instructed

Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or GED

Retail experience desired but not required
